Kenya Wilson, SHRM-CP, MSOD
Founder & Principal Consultant
Kenya Wilson is a strategist and creative practitioner with over 15 years of experience across learning and development, talent development, consulting, and branding.
Her work focuses on helping individuals and organizations gain clarity, align vision with action, and grow with intention through thoughtful, strategy-driven solutions. She brings deep expertise in instructional design, online learning, and workforce development, including the design and development of fully online courses and programs across both educational and corporate environments. Kenya is Quality Matters–certified, a nationally recognized credential for excellence in online course design, and has been designing and facilitating learning experiences for 15+ years.
In her professional roles, Kenya has contributed to the development of new academic degree programs and certificate pathways, supported statewide curriculum and rubric initiatives as a WECM facilitator, and worked on programs recognized by SACSCOC, the regional accrediting body. Her work in Human Resources Management includes building and maintaining national alignment with SHRM standards, ensuring programs meet rigorous professional and industry benchmarks.
As an independent consultant, Kenya has developed online programs and courses for the corporate sector, supported small businesses with branding and strategic planning, and designed and facilitated workshops, webinars, and professional learning experiences. Her multidisciplinary approach bridges strategy, learning, and creativity—supporting growth that is intentional, sustainable, and aligned with long-term goals.
